The Purpose
Our current calendars don't serve us. We need a calendar that harmonizes the yearly cycle with our individual experiences. One that describes the energy and progress we align with as conscious beings of the World. The Sacred calendar does just that. It maps the yearly progression of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors over nine 40-day cycles. By observing the calendar we can understand our subconscious patterns and align our actions with the correct time of year. This alignment harmonizes us with the solar cycle to take full advantage of the natural rhythm life on Earth has experienced since its beginning.
The Structure
The Sacred calendar is made of nine 40-day months and one 5-day week. They are based on the yearly rhythm of the sun, reflecting the thoughts, feelings, and actions we experience. It is a guide used to tap into the seasonal shifts so that we may flow with our natural rhythm. We can better align our subconscious behaviors with our conscious mind as we shift from month to month and season to season. It is a way to guide ourselves through our natural responses to changing energies throughout the year. Although every year is different, the foundational nature of our rhythms stays the same from birth to death. The Sacred Calendar is meant to explain these fundamental forces that guide us year after year.
How to Use the Calendar
If we align our expectations with the natural flow of the year, we can keep ourselves attuned and make rapid progress in our personal development and spiritual growth.
First, we create an annual theme or goal aligned with our lives. This will keep us focused through the yearly changes.
Next, we keep the calendar center of mind by overlaying it onto the current calendar system, be it digital or paper.
Then, every 40-day month, we attune ourselves by using guides, meditations, mantras, or reminders.
Finally, we observe the month we are in and become aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Instead of living a misaligned year with leads to repetition of past mistakes and our old selves, we can use the structure of the Sacred calendar as a guide to flow through the rhythm of our yearly cycle around the Sun.
